Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Full payment for sessions is taken at the time of booking.

You can reschedule your session yourself up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with no charge. You can reschedule by logging into your account and moving your appointment.

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded, and the session will be considered used.

If you need to discuss a cancellation or reschedule after this 24-hour period, please contact me by email: emilyjhypnotherapy@gmail.com. This helps ensure all requests are handled clearly and fairly.
